A newsletter sent to the members of the Freelancer.com – an important player in the freelancing jobs board online stated that the Freelancer Limited shares will commence trading at 12pm AEDST November 15 on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) beneath the ticker FLN.

The announcement was signed by Matt Barrie, the Chief Executive Officer of Freelancer Limited.

So what does this mean to the Freelancer.com users all over the world?

Well, the fact that the company now trade in the stock market, this is a significant indication that you as a Freelancer.com user is certain that the company is stable and still growing. This comes from the fact that still many online job workers and providers are somewhat hesitant in dealing jobs online via freelancing jobs sites. Given this circumstances, just maybe Freelancer.com will open to sell stocks to their users at a very reasonable price. Anyway, stock trading has been available online in the past couple of years so maybe – just maybe this is a positive news for stock traders online.
